3. Orders and Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after it has been verified by our representative. We may contact the customer to confirm product details, price, delivery address and payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect information, pricing errors, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise stated. Delivery, installation, refill, rental, security deposit and additional service charges may apply.

Customers must complete payment using one of our approved payment methods. For rental products or selected orders, advance payment or a refundable security deposit may be required.

5. Delivery

Delivery time and charges depend on the customer’s location, product availability, traffic conditions and the urgency of the request. Any delivery time provided is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and an active telephone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery fails because of incorrect information or the customer’s unavailability.

The customer should inspect the product at the time of delivery and report any visible damage, missing component or incorrect item immediately.

6. Oxygen Cylinder Refilling

Cylinders submitted for refilling must be in safe and serviceable condition. We may refuse to refill any cylinder that appears damaged, expired, altered, leaking or unsafe.

Refill prices may vary depending on cylinder capacity, condition, location and applicable operational costs. Customers must follow all safety instructions when transporting, storing and using oxygen cylinders.

7. Rental Services

Rental products remain the property of Oxygen Cylinder BD unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers must not sell, transfer, modify, dismantle or allow unauthorized repairs to rented equipment.

The customer is responsible for keeping rented equipment safe and returning it in the condition in which it was received, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. Charges may apply for late returns, damage, missing accessories, misuse or loss.

Rental fees, duration, security deposit and return conditions will be communicated before confirmation. Any refundable deposit will be processed after the returned equipment has been inspected and all outstanding charges have been settled.

8. Product Use and Safety

Customers must read and follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines. Oxygen cylinders must be kept upright and secured in a well-ventilated location, away from flames, sparks, heat sources, oil, grease and smoking areas.

We are not responsible for injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation or failure to follow safety and medical instructions.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return or exchange requests are subject to product condition, product category, hygiene and safety requirements, warranty terms and applicable law.

Used, damaged, altered, contaminated or improperly stored medical products may not be eligible for return. Refill charges, delivery charges, installation fees and completed service charges are generally non-refundable unless the service was not delivered as agreed.

Approved refunds will be issued through an agreed payment method after inspection and verification. Customers should contact us promptly after receiving an incorrect, defective or damaged product.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage applies only when explicitly provided with the product. Warranty duration and conditions may vary by brand, manufacturer and product type.
