1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

Customers should inspect the product immediately after delivery and report any issue within three days of receiving it.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following products generally cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, installed or altered
  • Opened or used masks, tubes, nasal cannulas, nebulizer kits and other hygiene-sensitive accessories
  • Filled or partially used oxygen cylinders
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper handling or incorrect storage
  • Customized or specially ordered products
  • Products without their original packaging, accessories or proof of purchase
  • Clearance, promotional or final-sale products unless they were delivered defective or incorrect

This restriction does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable laws.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your name and contact number
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product name
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photographs or videos showing the product, packaging and damage or defect

After verification, we may arrange a replacement, repair, exchange or refund, depending on product availability, warranty conditions and the nature of the issue.

4. Return Process

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. The product must be returned securely with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and purchase documents.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original or another agreed payment method.

  • Return transportation costs

6. Exchanges

Approved products may be exchanged for the same item or another available product. If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining amount may be refunded or adjusted by mutual agreement.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and inspection.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers should request cancellation before an order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, delivery and return charges may apply.

Customized products, completed oxygen refills, specially sourced items and activated rental services may not be cancelled or refunded.

Oxygen Cylinder BD reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any eligible advance payment will be refunded.

8. Oxygen-Refill Services

Oxygen-refilling charges are non-refundable once the refill has been completed. Customers should verify the cylinder condition and refill requirements before confirming the service.

We may refuse to refill cylinders that are damaged, expired, leaking, altered or considered unsafe.

If a verified problem results directly from our refill service, customers should contact us immediately so that we can inspect the cylinder and provide an appropriate solution.

9. Rental Equipment

Rental payments are generally non-refundable after the rental period has started. However, a verified malfunction may qualify for repair, replacement or an appropriate adjustment.

Rental equipment must be returned on time and in the condition in which it was received, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

Charges may be deducted from the security deposit for:

  • Late return
  • Physical damage
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Improper use
  • Excessive cleaning requirements
  • Loss or theft of the equipment
  • Outstanding rental or service fees

Any remaining refundable security deposit will be processed after the equipment has been returned, inspected and all outstanding charges have been settled.

10. Warranty Claims

Products covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty coverage generally does not include:

  • Accidental or physical damage
  • Damage caused by fire, water or unstable electricity
  • Improper use or storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Proof of purchase and the warranty document may be required.

11. Return Delivery Charges

If the return is caused by our error or a verified product defect, Oxygen Cylinder BD may cover the reasonable return or replacement delivery cost.
